Originally, many functional Feats were specific to certain Classes. For casual players looking to hit the ground running, this adds another "barrier" to entry, and it is a fairly "deep" pool.
One of the Purposes of Unbound was to fairly standardise the Feats that were available across Classes. In this way, Players more or less only had to pick a) Class & Stats (arguably, they could use default permutations) b) Powers c) Items d) Paragon Paths etc
... Well actually that's still a fair bit. But by making Feats standardised based on function, hopefully things can get a little more organised.

These feats are placed in running order of "importance" to the functionality. I'll have to think of how to sort them in running order of being gained, more generically...
Striker Feats
HEROIC 1) Melee : Versatile Flanker Ranged : Distant Advantage OR Hidden Sniper (if you can get concealment) 2) Brutal Advantage 4) Superior Weapon Proficiency OR Superior Implement Training 6) Advantageous Assault 8) Deadly Advantage* 10) Lethal Striker*
* - you may wish to use other Feats in their place. especially if nearing Paragon, Improved Defenses & Resilient Focus are quite important.
PARAGON 11) Doombringer 12) Deft Weapon OR Keen Implement OR Multi-Striking (where applicable) 14) Dualwield Fighting OR Harbinger, which may or may not replace the CA feat, item 1) 16) Deathbringer
